Welders/Fabricators will utilize the necessary skills and procedures to construct items used in the production of specialized communication units produced by Nomad GCS. 

Essential Functions / Responsibility:

· Fabricate and welds metal and/or aluminum by applying appropriate welding techniques.

· Must maintain a good proficiency rate, with training involved to achieve a higher level. 

· Works under immediate supervision. 

Basic Knowledge Desired: 

· Fabricate and welds metal and/or aluminum by applying appropriate welding techniques. 

· Must maintain a good proficiency rate, able to minimize any rework, and complete extra training involved to acheive a higher level of skill and accuracy. 

· Requires the ability to weld both metal and aluminum using MIG, TIG, spool gun, and push-pull. 

· Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

· Strong points would be in fabrication concepts, practices, and procedures within the welding field.

· Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. 

Physical Demands:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) safely on a regular basis.

· The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear and is occasionally required to sit.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to distinguish colors. 

· Must be able to wear the proper protection equipment all day working. 

Working Environment:

· The current work environment is a partially environmentally controlled indoor environment. Depending upon the time of year, working temperature can fluctuate between 60F and 100F, but typically is held around 70F.

· The Employee will be subjected to noise levels which may range from moderately loud to loud and will be required to wear provided safety hearing devices from time to time. 

· The Employee will be exposed to a variety of household/commercial chemicals daily which will require the Employee to follow company rules/regulations outlined by that chemical’s MSDS. 

· Welding helmet and proper preventative safety attire are required at all times while welding. 

· Position requires physical stamina necessary to work in awkward positions, standing up for long periods of time, bending, stooping, and lifting.

Position:         Master Technician (Spanish Speaking) – Production
Schedule:       Full-Time
Reports To:    Production Lead 

The nature of this position requires the candidate to be bi-lingual in English & Spanish.

Overview: Nomad Global Communications Solutions is a leading provider of communication and response products serving a wide variety of customers. Master Technician is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating all step-by-step builds for assigned projects according to company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and smooth production operation. Also required to act with good judgment in a fast-paced and changing environment on a daily basis. Training of new hires and skill development processes that ensure quality products and continuous improvements are made is expected. Responsible for tracking quality metrics and that production deadlines are always met and held consistently. The Master Technician is required to travel out of the area to assist customers with warranty issues, training, and troubleshooting. When traveling, you will act as an Ambassador of Nomad. 


Essential Functions / Responsibility:

· Will assign all projects as well as request and notify of updates and changes directly related to the project. In the event the Master Technician is assigned to a specific project under the direction of a Team Lead, the Master Technician will report to the assigned Team Lead for the duration of the assignment. 

· Train, mentor and lead Production Technician I and II Technicians. Ensure Production Team Members are cross-trained and specifically trained where their strengths are. 

· Perform Construction or Manufacturing Management, as well as general construction. 

· Will be working with CAD layouts.

· Perform/Install/Knowledge of Business Phone System Installation & Programming, Forklift Operation, Power Management, HVAC, Welding (steel & aluminum,) Data Networking, Cabling Management (low voltage,) Electrical Conduit work, Finish Carpentry, Cabinet or Countertop Construction, Security or Surveillance Systems. 

· Responsible for managing small projects in their entirety – from start to finish. This may require leading, guiding, & supervising other team members assigned to help with the project.

· Schedule all tasks for assigned projects with the department associated, (ex: Paint, Fabrication, etc.) with manufacturing custom assemblies based on production schedule. 

· Coordinate with the Production Manager and Project Manager on production startups, shutdowns, changeovers, updates or changes. 

· Various other duties on an as-needed basis.

· The employee will be required to wear provided safety eyewear throughout the performance of their duties.


Qualifications & Experience:  

· High School Graduate, Diploma or GED acquired. Prefer Spanish Degree & other education. 

· 5 years of manufacturing or construction management (or equivalent combination of education & experience) outside of Nomad. 

· Prefer at least 1 year at Nomad GCS, Inc.

· Forklift Certification current. 

· Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

· Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. 

· Valid driver’s license in good standing, CDL also preferred.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONACCOUNTING ASSISTANT I

OVERVIEW:  Under the supervision of the Finance Manager and/or the Management Staff Accountant, this position performs a variety of accounting functions including, but not limited to preparing and posting entry-level vendor or customer invoices when all of the supporting documentation has been received and compiled, processing payments to vendors or payments received from customers, and maintaining positive, high-quality vendor/customer relations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

·         Assists the Finance Department to meet departmental tasks and goals in a team environment.

·         Sustain effective work relationships in order to foster an environment where innovation, collaboration, and cooperation are used to solve problems.

·         Assists with the preparation of financial reports by accounts receivable and accounts payable information from the general ledger system and from departments as required.

·         Assists with the compilation of financial information to prepare entries to accounts in the general and subsidiary ledgers

·         Assists in month-end close related accounts receivable and payable reconciliations to the general ledger and supporting the accounting department in assuring integrity and accuracy of general ledger and financial reporting.

Summary: The Senior Web Applications Developer works in a rapid prototype environment supporting Nomad’s continuous development of proprietary technologies. The position requires the application of independent thinking to develop and test solutions related to centralized control operating tools. 

Position requires a strong knowledge of the following:

Languages: Typescript, NODEJS, Java Script, and PHP.

Frameworks: Angular 2+, Express JS, and Typeform.

Position requires basic knowledge of security principles such as JSON Webtokens, Cryptography, Authentication and Authorization. 

Minimum Qualifications:

· Proven working experience in web programming

· Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

· Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails.

· A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices

· Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
